SNOW

It's all melted now, but check out the snow in this backyard!

"I did it all by myself. You didn't help me, not Dad, not Atticus, not you. Just me!"

This is the one smile we got from Maggie that whole morning. She hates the snow very much. I think that's mostly because she can't move in her snow pants. It's pretty funny to watch.

Ry took the kids for tube rides.

It was terribly exciting... but I don't need it yet. I sure hope it comes again just before Christmas though!

  1. Holy cow, that snow! Amazing! Although I must agree with you, that much snow in October is far too soon.

  2. Your backyard looks like a winter wonderland! So beautiful. And so cold. The kids look like they're having a wonderful time. And I agree--no more snow until Christmas!

  3. So beautiful! I'm terribly jealous - even if it was October. I really can't even imagine snow anymore - it's like 80 and sunny here everyday. It seems like you guys are on a different planet.

Lily also hates the snow. :) She gets frustrated with gloves and not being able to move very well. Pretty funny. It must be a little people thing.

  4. I've reached the stage in life where snow is fine in pictures but I almost freak out when we see just a few flakes. Arizona grandchildren better watch out!
